This project was found under ERASMUS+ programme, Erasmus + KA220-YOU - Cooperation partnerships in youth. Empowering youth to overcome anxiety: the 3C Peer-to-Peer Program.
This project focuses on addressing the growing issue of anxiety among youth with fewer opportunities. In collaboration with our partners Amazonas and Aspira, we at HumanCapiAct are working within local communities to provide practical solutions through a 3C Peer-to-Peer Program.
The program aims to empower young people by enhancing three key characteristics: Competence, Confidence, and Connection. These elements form the foundation for reducing anxiety and building resilience among youth.
Key Activities:
1) Designing the 3C Peer-to-Peer Program specifically tailored for young people with fewer opportunities
2) Developing detailed guidelines for implementing the program.
3) Conducting a training course to test and improve the program.
4) Piloting the program in local communities to gather real-world insights.
5)Creating an e-learning platform to provide resources and guidance for youth workers and volunteers.
Expected Outcomes:
The project will deliver a fully developed 3C Peer-to-Peer Program designed to prevent anxiety among young people. Additionally, we will provide online instructional training for youth workers, equipping them to support young individuals and implement the program effectively. A comprehensive manual will also be produced, focusing on fostering competence, confidence, and connection to reduce anxiety and empower youth.
This initiative represents a meaningful step toward helping young people build a brighter, more connected future.
